RATES
Labspace Studio is available for rehearsals, workshops, classes and special events. Our space is geared to independent artists and non-profit arts organizations. However, we welcome rentals from the commercial arts and film industry. Commercial rentals help support the studio, its programming, and artists.


Not-For-Profit Rates
Rehearsals - $15/hr
Classes/Workshops - $18/hr
Events - Dependent upon request

-Rentals must begin and end on the hour
-Minimum 2 hour blocks

-1000 SF open performance space (20 x 50)
   -20'x50'
   -No beams
-16' ceiling
-Large windows
-Full kitchen and washroom
-Tables and chairs
-Sprung floors
-Free Wi-Fi
